Donaldson blames Grilli for Blue Jays being MLB's oldest team

Josh Donaldson poked some fun at teammate and 39-year-old reliever Jason Grilli on Wednesday.
After a tweet from FOX Sports' Jon Morosi labelled the Blue Jays as the league's oldest team, Donaldson was quick to point fingers, jokingly blaming Grilli as the one at fault.
@jonmorosi @MLB @MLBNetwork thanks a lot @GrillCheese49 it's all your fault. π¬π

The Blue Jays' average team age is 30.6, which ranks slightly ahead of the San Francisco Giants at 29.9, according to ESPN. Roberto Osuna is the youngest of the group at 21 years old, followed by Aaron Sanchez, 24, and Marcus Stroman, 25.
The seniority doesn't seem to be slowing them down, as Toronto currently sits tied with the Boston Red Sox for the division lead heading into Wednesday, and have hit the second-most home runs this season with 186.
Along with Grilli, the Blue Jays have R.A. Dickey, 41, Joaquin Benoit, 39, Jose Bautista, 35, Russell Martin, 33, and Edwin Encarnacion, 33, as seasoned vets. Just don't tell the 30-year-old Donaldson that.
