Albert Pujols has finally cracked the top 10.
It took until the ninth inning Saturday against the New York Yankees, but Pujols launched a no-doubter into the left-field seats at Angel Stadium to record his 583rd career home run, tying him with retired slugger Mark McGwire on the all-time leaderboard.
The milestone homer was Pujols' 23rd of the season, but also the Angels' only run, as they dropped the contest 5-1.
