Softball player unleashes angry bat flip after HR
Cut 4 / Vine
Megan Wiggins hits her home runs with authority. Just ask her poor bat.
Wiggins, an outfielder for the pro softball team USSSA Pride, uncorked a timely blast Sunday in a 3-1 win over Akron, and her celebration left little doubt as to just how tense the semifinal matchup was.
Wiggins' big homer helped the Pride advance to the finals in the National Pro FastPitch Championship tournament against the Chicago Bandits. A six-year veteran of the league, Wiggins went 1-for-2 with an RBI and two runs scored in the semifinal clincher.
