Detroit Tigers shortstop Jose Iglesias pulled off one of the more spectacular running catches of the season on Saturday when he ranged well into Kauffman Stadium's spacious center field and took a bloop single away from Salvador Perez by reaching out to make a spectacular one-handed catch - all while running at full speed with his back turned to the field.

Plays like this make it easy to understand why the Cuban has compiled 15.3 dWAR this season, second only to Francisco Lindor among American League shortstops.
