Things got a little heated Wednesday between the Miami Marlins and Atlanta Braves.
Marlins right-hander Jose Fernandez drilled Braves outfielder Nick Markakis with a fastball to the back in the sixth inning, and Atlanta didn't take kindly to it.
Fernandez then came up to hit in the seventh inning, when Jose Ramirez took matters into his own hands and threw at the Marlins pitcher, who was squaring to bunt. Fernandez hit the deck and Ramirez was instantly ejected from the game.
Both benches cleared, though it was just some minor scuffling. No one else was thrown out of the game.
