Watch: Bumgarner has hilarious reaction to post-game question

Adam Hunger / USA TODAY Sports

After tossing a 119-pitch complete-game shutout against the New York Mets on Thursday to help the San Francisco Giants advance to the National League Division Series, Madison Bumgarner didn't seem prepared for a tough question from ESPN's Buster Olney.

After being asked what he wanted his legacy to be as a pitcher, Bumgarner shook his head and responded, "Oh man, why you askin' me all these hard questions," before offering the easy answer of being "a winner."

Bumgarner has already proven he's a winner throughout his career, having been part of the 2010, 2012, and 2014 World Series champion Giants, and he's only 27 years old.
