Watch: Reds fans win season tickets after hitting homers
Two Cincinnati Reds fans got their season tickets paid for after both hitting home runs during a promotion called "Swing for your Seats."
More than 400 Reds season-ticket holders gathered Saturday for an opportunity to hit a home run off four pitches at 60 mph. The two winners - Jon Benza and Nick Wright - each homered on the third pitch, to left and right field, respectively.
Benza told ESPN he wasn't sure if the ball had enough carry off the bat.
"I knew if I could get it in the air, I would have a chance because the wind was blowing out," said the former Wright State ballplayer. "But I was definitely surprised it went out. I wasn't sure if I still had it in me."
