You'd be hard-pressed to find a stronger man in Major League Baseball than Giancarlo Stanton.

The strapping Miami Marlins star showed off his impressive offseason workout regimen in an Instagram post Monday that featured him repeatedly beating a tire with a sledgehammer.

No wonder he hit an MLB-leading 495-foot home run last season.
