The Colorado Rockies center fielder gave the world a small glimpse at his workout wardrobe Saturday, posting a photo to his Instagram that has the outfielder donning a sleeveless jean vest and a pair of stars-and-stripes pants while carrying a sledgehammer.

Honestly, this just leaves us with more questions than answers.
