Frazier to Harper: Being a Yankee is better than growing a beard
Bryce Harper may have some of the sweetest flow and one of the manliest beards in all of baseball, which many - including New York Yankees prospect Clint Frazier - wished they could outdo.
Unfortunately, Frazier won't get his chance, which Harper made sure to remind him about on Wednesday.
After Frazier said he planned to one-up the hair stylings of the Washington Nationals superstar on social media Wednesday, Harper quickly reminded Frazier he wouldn't have a chance because the team he plays for has a policy in place that requires players to have short hair and be clean shaven.
Wait for what? Your beard and hair will be gone real quick..💇🏼♂️(sorry didn't have a ginger) Gotta respect it! #CleanCut https://t.co/8ZdrWdieRw

After Harper pointed out the policy - and poked fun at Frazier being a red head - the Yankees youngster said having the chance to play for the legendary franchise was well worth being clean cut.
@Bharper3407 @MLB hahahaha! it's worth it to one day wear those pinstripes my man! #RoadTo28💈⚾️
