The moment that Chicago White Sox fans have waited for since pitchers and catchers reported finally happened on Monday, as left-hander Giovanni Soto threw a session with catcher Geovany Soto.
Giovanni was claimed off waivers by the White Sox in November, while Geovany inked a minor-league deal in January.
Despite their similar names, the pair are not related.
