Tillman (shoulder) will begin a long-toss throwing session next Sunday, Rich Dubroff of PressBoxOnline.com reports.

It was reported Saturday that Tillman would begin his throwing program Wednesday, but it appears the team has decided to bump it back a few days. Tillman received a cortisone shot Wednesday, and manager Buck Showalter said that team doctors want to give the shot seven to 10 days to work before beginning to throw again.
