Donaldson poses with cute puppy, internet goes wild

The Bringer of Rain, Josh Donaldson, brought his MVP good looks to #NationalPuppyDay on Thursday, although he may not have been the starring act.

The Toronto Blue Jays third baseman posted a photo of him and partner Briana Miller posing with their incredibly cute Mini Pomsky named Xena, which caused a flurry of likes, retweets, and comments on Instagram and Twitter.

This isn't the first time Donaldson, a dog lover, has shared photos of the young pup on social media, either.

After missing most of spring training with a calf injury, Donaldson returned to the Blue Jays lineup earlier this week and is now fielding his third base position without any issues.
