Syndergaard escalates feud, flips Mr. Met the blister
As has been made public, New York Mets ace Noah Syndergaard and Mr. Met do not get along. The two have a history, and it isn't pretty. The unpleasantness does not appear to be evaporating, either.
Syndergaard left his first start of the season with a blister on his finger. Seemingly unprovoked, Thor took it upon himself to flip Mr. Met off with the alleged finger.

Upon further digging, however, Mr. Met appears to have betrayed his own interests. Stoking the fire, which rages eternally, he preempted the press conference with his own brand of passive aggressive, and fairly creepy, taunting.

Everyone has their breaking point, and Syndergaard resorted to the finger-related gesture, saying so much without actually speaking.
Parents...cover you kids eyes on this one. The blister is right here🖕and @MrMet needed to personally know. https://t.co/Mr8uOysv68

Who knows if this battle of the titans will eventually come to blows, or if we'll be adequately prepared when that day comes.
