Blue Jays' Josh Donaldson: Exits early with calf injury Sunday

Donaldson left Sunday's game after injuring his calf running to first, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet reports.

Analysis:

After hitting an infield grounder, Donaldson was hustling to first in an effort to outrun the throw when he appeared to tweak his calf. He was promptly pulled from the game and replaced at the hot corner by Ryan Goins. Prior to his early exit, Donaldson had gone 1-for-3 at the plate with a home run.
