Cincinnati Reds center fielder Billy Hamilton has never won a Gold Glove, but he might finally change that in 2017.
In the top of the sixth inning of Sunday's game, Milwaukee Brewers second baseman Nick Franklin was behind 0-2 facing Reds pitcher Tim Adleman. Instead of going outside, Adleman laid his four-seam fastball into the heart of the zone at a tepid 91 mph.
Franklin lined the pitch to deep center, but luckily for Adleman, the speedy Hamilton was patrolling the outfield, and made the catch while falling onto the warning track.
