Look: A-Rod's game notes mention birth control, 'pull out stuff'
Alex Rodriguez's career as a color commentator is off to a weird start, and he hasn't even called his first game yet.
On Thursday, ahead of Rodriguez's first-ever appearance in the booth - the last of a three-game set between the New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium - MLB on FOX tweeted out a picture of the 41-year-old prepping alongside Kevin Burkhardt. Here it is:

Standard stuff, right? The man looks focused. Well, look closer.
Shortly after that photo was sent to out to 574,000 followers, the tweet was deleted, as it appeared, upon closer inspection, that Rodriguez had jotted down among his game notes bullet points referring to "birth control," "baby," and "pull out stuff."
