Terry Francona was supposed to manage the American League at the All-Star Game this year, but the Cleveland Indians bench boss had to bow out after undergoing a procedure to correct an irregular heartbeat.
In his place, Indians bench coach Brad Mills - one of Francona's best friends - stepped in, though he made sure the manager's presence would still be felt, bringing a life-size cutout of a topless Francona into the AL locker room.
It's nice to know Francona is still hitting the weights.
