Amid speculation that he had been traded to the Minnesota Twins, Jaime Garcia suited up for his Friday start against the Los Angeles Dodgers and brushed off the rumors by hitting a grand slam against Alex Wood in the game's fifth inning.
The long ball was the third of his career, and first since 2012. It was also the first career grand slam for the 31-year-old pitcher.
