After busting it out of the box, Darwin Barney turned a double into a triple with some, uh, unorthodox sliding.
Barney rounded second base after the ball reached Baltimore Orioles center fielder Adam Jones. But, after the cutoff man, Jonathan Schoop, fired the ball home - for seemingly no reason - Barney opted to leg it out and go for three. Of course, he began his slide far too soon and ended up dragging himself into third base.
It was scored a double with a fielding error charged to Jones, but it's a triple in the hearts of Toronto Blue Jays fans everywhere.
