Even a simple base hit from Yasiel Puig has some extra flair in the postseason.
With the Los Angeles Dodgers down 2-1 in the fourth inning of Game 2 of the NLDS against the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Cuban outfielder laced a blooping single to right-center field and capped it with a bat flip and rallying cry for his Dodgers teammates.
It worked.
In his very next at-bat in the fifth inning, with the Dodgers up 6-2, Puig connected on another single and again disposed of his bat in dramatic fashion.

In his defense, he did knock in a run with his second single of the night to give Los Angeles a five-run lead.
