Morrow makes history with seventh World Series appearance
Nobody worked harder throughout this World Series than Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Brandon Morrow.
When he was summoned out of the bullpen Wednesday at Chavez Ravine to clean Yu Darvish's mess, Morrow - who inherited a 5-0 deficit against the Houston Astros - became just the second pitcher in MLB history to appear in all seven games of a World Series. Coincidentally, the only other pitcher to do it, Darold Knowles, was the pitching coach at High-A Dunedin, the Toronto Blue Jays' Florida State League affiliate, during Morrow's tenure with the club.

With his brief appearance Wednesday - he retired the only batter he faced to get his club out of the second inning - Morrow pitched in all but one of his team's 15 games this postseason, going unused only in Game 4 of the National League Championship Series against the Chicago Cubs.
