Looks like Big Bart will soon be on his way to yet another franchise.
The Texas Rangers are in talks with 44-year-old right-hander Bartolo Colon on a minor-league deal, sources tell MLB.com's Jesse Sanchez.
Over parts of 20 major-league seasons, Colon has played for 10 different teams. He's coming off a rough campaign where he went 7-14 with a 6.48 ERA across 28 starts between the Atlanta Braves and Minnesota Twins.

Colon won his lone Cy Young award in 2005 as a member of the Los Angeles Angels going 21-8 with a 3.48 ERA and 1.16 WHIP over 33 starts.
If he returns to the majors in 2018, he will once again be the league's oldest active player.
