Rays select prep outfielder Nick Schnell No. 32 overall
With the 32nd pick in the 2018 MLB amateur draft, the Tampa Bay Rays selected Nick Schnell, an outfielder out of Indianapolis' Roncalli High School with a commitment to Louisville.
Schnell projects as a high-floor player with consistent grades across the board. And while he's viewed largely as a hitting prospect, he's also found success on the mound like many other prep prospects.
