With the 42nd pick in the 2018 MLB amateur draft, the Colorado Rockies selected Grant Lavigne, a first baseman out of New Hampshire.
Committed to Wake Forest, Lavigne boasts impressive power from the left side of the plate, with some scouts believing he could manage major-league defensive duties in left field.
