Trout honors late brother-in-law with new Players' Weekend nickname
Mike Trout returned to the Los Angeles Angels' lineup Friday night, just in time for Players' Weekend.
Initially slated to don the nickname "KIIIIID" on his back, Trout changed it to "A. Cox" in honor of his late brother-in-law, Aaron Cox, who died last week.

Additionally, the Angels paid tribute to Cox, a former farmhand with the club, with a moment of silence before Friday's game against the Houston Astros.

Friday is Trout's first game back with the Angels since Aug. 1. He missed most of the month with a wrist injury.
