Kate Upton pokes fun at old rant after Verlander gets beat for Cy Young
Kate Upton once again expressed her feelings about the results of Cy Young voting Wednesday after her husband Justin Verlander finished second for the third time in his career.
Let’s just say I won’t be going to Tampa any time soon #Tampastrikesagain #CyYoung ... Justin wants everyone to know I’m “joking”

This time, the model held back more than she did in 2016 when she lashed out at Major League Baseball after Verlander lost to Rick Porcello of the Boston Red Sox, despite him owning more first-place votes.
Verlander was completely left off of the ballot by the two representatives for Tampa Bay in 2016, which affected the vote.
He had the majority of 1st place votes and 2 writers didn't have him on their ballots?!! can you pick more out of touch people to vote?@MLB

Sorry Rick but you didn't get any 1st place votes? you didn't win. #ByeFelicia @MLB keep up with the times and fire those writers

Verlander received 13 first-place votes and finished 15 points behind Tampa Bay Rays left-hander Blake Snell for this season's award, but seemed to be more invested in his newborn daughter, Genevieve, after learning of the result.
