Muncy to MadBum: If you don't want me to watch HR, 'get it out of the ocean'
Max Muncy injected himself into the historic rivalry between his Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Francisco Giants after clobbering a solo home run off southpaw Madison Bumgarner on Sunday.
Muncy admired his handiwork, watching the ball sail into McCovey Cove. Bumgarner didn't appreciate it.

The fiery left-hander apparently yelled at Muncy, who had a witty rejoinder locked and loaded.
"Bumgarner said 'Don't watch the ball, run,' and I just told him if he doesn't want me to watch the ball, go get it out of the ocean," Muncy said, according to Joe Davis of FOX Sports.
The Giants ace wasn't all that fired up about it after the game.

"Do your thing, I'll do mine," Bumgarner added, according to Ryan Gorcey of the San Francisco Examiner.
Muncy's homer was the difference, too, as the Dodgers won 1-0. There won't be much time for the teams to dwell on the incident, as they square off again in just eight days in Los Angeles.
