Major League Baseball's investigation into the cheating allegations tied to the Boston Red Sox is complete, but a written report is not yet available, commissioner Rob Manfred told ESPN's Scott Van Pelt on Wednesday night.

"We are done with the investigation," Manfred said. "There's been a delay in terms of producing a written report, just because I, frankly, have not had time to turn to it with the other issues. But we will get a Boston report out before we resume play."
The Red Sox were under investigation to determine if they illegally stole signs during their 2018 World Series campaign. Though the results have not yet been made public, the Red Sox disagree with the league's findings.
This probe follows a similar investigation into the Houston Astros, who were found to have illegally stolen signs throughout the 2017 season.
The release of the investigation's findings has been delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
