After both going 89-73 in the regular season, the Chicago Cubs and San Francisco Giants had some unfinished business to attend to for the right to face off against the NL-leading Atlanta Braves.

The Cubs won the coin flip to host the game, and Wrigley Field was packed with fans looking for the team to clinch its first postseason berth in nearly a decade.
