The 1993 All-Star Game, a showcase for Baltimore's then-brand-new Oriole Park at Camden Yards, featured a boatload of future Hall of Famers. Minnesota Twins outfielder Kirby Puckett won MVP honors with a brilliant performance that included a home run and a double.
This memorable Midsummer Classic also featured one of the funniest moments in All-Star history when towering left-hander Randy Johnson threw behind a petrified John Kruk. But it ended in controversy when AL manager Cito Gaston didn't use Orioles star Mike Mussina, a choice that drew jeers from the home crowd and made Gaston a forever vilified figure in Baltimore.
