Major League Baseball's lockout has left players without the ability to contact their teams, meaning they can't use facilities or club-employed therapists to rehab from injuries.
New York Yankees right-hander Jameson Taillon joked Thursday he'll have to take things into his own hands.

Taillon underwent surgery in October to repair a partially torn ankle tendon.
The 30-year-old was expected to miss five months, which means he could return to pitching in the summer if he gets assistance from the Yankees' training staff.
Taillon produced an 8-6 record with a 4.30 ERA and 1.21 WHIP in 144 1/3 innings last season, his first with the Yankees.
