Yankees' Taillon jokes about doing own injury rehab during lockout
Major League Baseball's lockout has left players without the ability to contact their teams, meaning they can't use facilities or club-employed therapists to rehab from injuries.
New York Yankees right-hander Jameson Taillon joked Thursday he'll have to take things into his own hands.
Since MLB chose to lock us out, i’m not able to work with our amazing team Physical Therapists who have been leading my post surgery care/progression. Now that I’m in charge of my own PT- what should my first order of business be? I’m thinking I’m done with this boot. It can go😎

Some of Taillon's buddies from around the league played along.

I found out the last two years there are tons of doctors on Twitter and Facebook that can help you!

Taillon underwent surgery in October to repair a partially torn ankle tendon.
The 30-year-old was expected to miss five months, which means he could return to pitching in the summer if he gets assistance from the Yankees' training staff.
Taillon produced an 8-6 record with a 4.30 ERA and 1.21 WHIP in 144 1/3 innings last season, his first with the Yankees.
