Although Ramirez's future with Cleveland is uncertain, his perch atop the rankings is not. He offers an unmatched power/speed combination at third base and is poised for another strong campaign in 2022. Bregman finds himself outside the top five, but it's not difficult to envision a return to his excellent 2018-19 form if he can stay on the field.
Chapman and Moncada both offer intriguing upside on the heels of less-than-stellar seasons. Candelario tied for the American League lead in doubles (42) last season and could pay tremendous dividends relative to his projected draft position if a few more of those fly balls clear the fence.
