Cole tops the list thanks to his consistently low ERA and high strikeout totals. DeGrom, who only dropped in our rankings because of injury concerns, could be a steal as the sixth-ranked hurler available. Meanwhile, there's a lot of value down the board in promising young Rays ace McClanahan and Marlins standout Rogers. It'll be interesting to see how fantasy managers approach a 39-year-old Verlander, who has been great in the latter part of his career but has thrown just six innings over the past two seasons after undergoing Tommy John surgery.
