The World Baseball Classic returns in 2023, with the event's full schedule announced on Thursday.
The tournament, which begins in March, will take place in Taiwan, Japan, and in two U.S. sites during the opening rounds before concluding in Miami.
The 2023 edition of the global baseball event has expanded to 20 teams, and 16 countries have already earned their spots. The rest will be filled via qualifiers.
The World Baseball Classic last took place in 2017, with the United States defeating Puerto Rico in the finals.
