Police were attempting to determine a motive but were told by the man's family that he has a history of mental illness, Kim added.
The Dodgers and San Diego Padres will play a two-game series against each other March 20-21 at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul to begin MLB's regular season. They'll be the first-ever regular-season games to be played in South Korea.
