Washington Nationals outfielder Jesse Winker engaged in a verbal altercation with a San Diego Padres fan following Monday's loss.

The Padres fan appeared to take issue with Washington reliever Hunter Harvey throwing high and tight at Jurickson Profar in the 10th inning, calling it "bush league" to Winker. Profar eventually delivered the game-winning hit on a walk-off, two-run double.

Winker appeared to say he'd "whoop a 66-year-old's ass" after the fan mentioned his age during the confrontation. The 30-year-old Winker eventually retreated back toward the field.

The Padres and Nationals continue their three-game series Tuesday night.
