Braves select prep star Cam Caminiti 24th overall

With the 24th pick in the 2024 MLB Draft, the Atlanta Braves selected Cam Caminiti, a left-handed pitcher from Saguaro High School in Arizona.
The 17-year-old cousin of former NL MVP Ken Caminiti is one of the youngest players in the draft after reclassifying for 2024. He's a two-way player but has stood out more on the mound.
