The team trainer attended to Seager, who immediately walked into the tunnel in obvious discomfort.
Initial X-rays on Seager's wrist were negative and he will be re-evaluated Sunday, Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News reports.
Corey Seager did not have a splint on his wrist after the game. He used his left arm for some tasks. The wrist is swollen, but Rangers feel they got best possible outcome from the situation.
