With the 20th overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft, the Toronto Blue Jays selected Trey Yesavage, a right-handed pitcher from East Carolina.
Yesavage, who'll turn 21 on July 28, was the American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year in 2024, posting the third-lowest ERA and ranking fifth in strikeouts across all of Division I. He was ranked as the No. 11 draft prospect by MLB Pipeline.
