Thirteen players received qualifying offers prior to Monday's 5 p.m. ET deadline.

Players that receive a qualifying offer from their team have until Nov. 19 to decide whether or not to accept the one-year, $21.05-million deal. Those who accept the offer will play under that contract for the 2025 season. They can, however, sign a longer deal.

Players that reject the qualifying offer will be attached to draft-pick compensation, meaning any team signing a player that rejected a qualifying offer will surrender a draft pick in 2025. The draft pick is determined by a number of factors, including the value of the contract signed, if the signing team exceeded the CBT in 2024, and if the team receives revenue sharing.
