The Arizona Diamondbacks announced they signed reliever Kendall Graveman to a one-year contract that includes a mutual option for 2026.

Graveman's deal is worth $1.35 million, sources told ESPN's Jesse Rogers, who adds the value of the pact can increase up to $3.3 million through performance bonuses.

Graveman, 34, hasn't pitched since 2023 after missing all of last season due to a torn labrum in his throwing shoulder.

The right-hander was effective when he last pitched, working to a 3.12 ERA and 1.31 WHIP with a 9.0 K/9 over 66 1/3 innings split between the Chicago White Sox and Houston Astros.

He gives the Diamondbacks another high-leverage arm to deploy out of the bullpen alongside Justin Martinez and A.J. Puk.

Graveman owns a 3.95 ERA and 1.33 WHIP for his 10-year career.

To make room for Graveman on the 40-man roster, right-hander Seth Martinez was designated for assignment.
