The Seattle Mariners agreed to a minor-league deal with right-hander Trevor Gott, a source told The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal.

Gott's reported pact includes an invitation to big-league spring training.

The 32-year-old missed the 2024 campaign while recovering from Tommy John surgery. Gott pitched for the Mariners and New York Mets in 2023, authoring a 4.19 ERA and 9.6 K/9 in 64 appearances.

Gott has pitched for six teams throughout his eight big-league campaigns, which includes stops with the Mariners, Mets, Washington Nationals, San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Angels, and Milwaukee Brewers.

The Kentucky native owns a 4.65 ERA with 222 strikeouts in 243 2/3 career innings.
