Rockies' new City Connect uniforms highlight Colorado skies

The Colorado Rockies unveiled new City Connect uniforms inspired by sunrises and sunsets over the Rocky Mountains.

It'll be MLB's only City Connect pullover jersey. The purple, blue, and orange uniforms also feature the Denver city flag lines on the inside of the cap.

The Rockies will wear the new uniforms for the first time April 18 at home against the Washington Nationals, according to Patrick Lyons of Rockies Insider.

Colorado released its original City Connect uniforms in 2022, with green and white jerseys also paying homage to the region's iconic mountain range.
