Bartolo Colon, a career .104 hitter in 96 plate appearances coming into Wednesday's contest with the Washington Nationals, had a memorable first at-bat as a member of the New York Mets.

Colon, 40, took a rip at the second pitch he saw and hilariously split his bat. He even cracks a smile while casually trotting down the line with the splintered lumber.
