GIF: White Sox' Ramirez celebrates walk-off home run

After Chicago White Sox closer Matt Lindstrom blew a 2-1 lead in the top of the ninth, his shortstop picked him right back up. 

With one out, a runner on second and trailing 3-2, Alexei Ramirez capped an impressive week by blasting a walk-off home run on Indians right-hander John Axford. 

Ramirez' knew it was gone as soon as it left his bat.

The 32-year-old launched three home runs and drove in seven RBI on the week.
