The Cleveland Indians and Detroit Tigers played the finale of a three-game series Wednesday afternoon, and you would have never guessed how it ended.
With the teams deadlocked at 10-10 in the 13th inning, Al Alburquerque intentionally walked Yan Gomes to load the bases and set up a matchup with Ryan Raburn. After throwing ball one high and inside, the Tigers righty committed the ultimate sin for a pitcher - the dreaded walk-off balk.
