Texas Rangers ace Yu Darvish wasn't his typical dominant self Thursday, but that didn't stop him from toying with hitters.
Darvish, who struck out six and allowed two runs in the Rangers' 7-2 win over the Detroit Tigers, appeared to work on a new pitch with Torii Hunter at the plate in the seventh inning.

Darvish's meatball broke a bit too late, denying us an even better reaction from Hunter, a la the 404 message error Jayson Werth's face generated last year.
Fortunately for the Rangers' right-hander, the pitch didn't hang in the zone, either, like Orlando Hernandez's classic eephus to Alex Rodriguez.
