Considering Tampa Bay pitcher David Price escaped unscathed after hitting David Ortiz last Friday, the Boston designated hitter's temper flared when teammate Brandon Workman received a suspension and a fine from Major League Baseball on Tuesday for "intentionally throwing" at Rays' Evan Longoria.
As it turns out, Price might not be so lucky.
According to an industry source, David Price was fined by MLB for his role in last Friday's Red Sox-Tampa Bay dust-up.

Both clubs were warned by umpires early on, and Red Sox manager John Farrell was ejected from the contest after Price's pitch hit Ortiz.
