Smoak (quadriceps) is not in the lineup for the third straight game Monday against the Rays.

Analysis:

Smoak continues to be day-to-day while nursing a quadriceps injury, and will once again give way to Willie Bloomquist at first base. Smoak will have now missed four of the last five games, and if he can't get back in the lineup soon, the Mariners will be forced to at least consider a DL stint.
